Bring Sexy Back on Valentine's Day with a Seductive Aphrodisiac Menu at Yard House

Spontaneous Couples Hearts Are Pounding with Yard House's
First Come, First-Served Seating Policy: No Reservations Required

It's going to be a red-hot month at Yard House with the unveiling of Executive Chef Carlito Jocson's annual Valentine's Day Aphrodisiac Menu, featuring a selection of seductive appetizers, entrees and desserts paired with a few tasty libations. The special menu will be available Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14 at all Yard House restaurants.

Chef Jocson, a father of four, knows a bit about the affects of aphrodisiacs and has been busy behind the kitchen door concocting some red-hot dishes for celebrating sweethearts. Enjoy a complete three-course, a la carte meal that includes a choice of appetizers, entrees and a seductive dessert.

Complementing the menu is the restaurant's vast selection of draft beer, signature martinis, impressive wine list, Champagne and sparkling wine plus a tempting menu of spirits. Special Valentine's Day brews include Youngberry Chocolate featuring Lindeman's Framboise and Young's Double Chocolate Stout. Cocktails and martinis with names like Lost Lover, Love Letter, Pink Paradise and Shaggatini will also be featured alongside celebrated Champagnes and sparkling wines that include Piper Sonoma, Moet and Chandon Imperial, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Perignon.

In addition to the special Valentine's Day selections, Yard House's signature American Fusion fare, also laden with aphrodisiacs, will be available allowing guests to mix and match their courses as they choose. Yard House is also open for late-night kanoodling and dining. Chef Jocson purposely selected foods with a reputation for arousing the libido, such as seafood and herbs. Many of the seasonings are also believed to ignite passion once ingested. Legend claims that truffles make women more yielding and men more amiable; ancient Egyptians priests abstained from onions because of their lusty reputation; and rice is a symbol of fertility, which is why newlyweds are showered with grains.

Besides food, beverages also have reputations for increasing the libido including beer. With Yard House boasting what is believed to be the world's largest draft beer system--100 to 250 handles--love is most definitely on tap.

While many restaurants have strict reservation policies on Valentine's Day, such as reserving tables with a credit card and charging cancellation and no-show fees, Yard House has taken the pressure off twosomes by seating all guests on a first come, first-served basis. In addition, guests also have the flexibility of ordering an entire meal or nothing more than dessert and coffee.

Yard House is located at The Village at Gulfstream Park, the Village of Merrick Park and in Palm Beach Gardens. Restaurants open daily at 11am for lunch, dinner and late-night dining. For more information, call 800.336.5336 or take a virtual visit at www.yardhouse.com.
