Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida to Commemorate American Indian Day National Holiday On Sept. 24

On September 24, 2011, the Miccosukee Tribe Celebrates American Indian Day event will be the place to experience all of the timeless traditions, rich culture and distinctive lifestyle of Native American Tribes, with an emphasis on the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida.


Held at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming, event attendees can enjoy a host of fun-filled entertainment and cultural activities including world-famous alligator wrestling, thrilling airboat rides, Miccosukee Fashion Show, dancers, and a wide variety of Native American music. Guests can also shop for unique arts & crafts including a generous selection of contemporary art, all while indulging in delicious native food.
