Beautifully Hopeful: Celebrity Glam Squad Host the First Annual Hope for Haiti Gala

South Florida’s premiere beauty and fashion resource, the Celebrity Glam Squad, will host their First Annual Celebrity Glam Squad “Hope for Haiti,” Cocktail Gala on March 18 at Player’s Exotic Car Rental, located at 4101 NW 25 St., Miami, from 6-10pm.

The event benefit the Haiti Cherie Heritage Foundation with 100 percent of the proceeds raised being donated to the organization. The Haiti Cherie Heritage Foundation has assisted and aided devastated rural towns in Haiti since the earthquake last year.

Founded by Milande David, Celebrity Glam Squad’s team of “Glam Dolls,” has worked on countless events, glammed up dozens of celebrities, socialites and South Florida fashionistas since their inception in 2009.

Miami’s newest soiree will be hosted by Danielle Knox host of Lifetime’s “Balancing Act,” and Miss Earth Florida, Kelly Saks. Guests will be treated to a fabulous fashion show by designers: CLOAK, Franovik Designs, Sarahi House of Fashion, Tanya-Marie Designs, Viranski and ZoeNation. The Celebrity Glam Squad and local sponsors, including Player’s Exotic Car Rental, have come together in order to celebrate the Haitian community and the revival of the devastated island.

The venue will be transformed into a fabulous lounge, Miami style. Attendees will also be provided with delicious cocktails and sumptuous bites in the “Taste of Miami,” area as they linger over the exotic cars placed throughout the venue. The new Rolls Royce Ghost, Bentleys, Lamborghinis and Ferraris will be spotlighted as attendees stroll the event.

Ear candy will be provided by DJ Fly Guy, who spins at some of Miami’s hottest clubs, with a special surprise performance by one of South Florida’s top emerging music artists. The night will be filled with nonstop music, fashion and fun! With key South Florida businesses participating, this definitely promises to be an amazing night of fashion, beauty, music and most importantly philanthropy!

The Haiti Cherie Heritage Foundation is a Miami-based organization, striving to assist the country of Haiti. Their mission statement “Helping to make a difference one community at a time,” perfectly describes the dedication and passion towards rebuilding Haiti. The foundation provides medical supplies and helps build homes in rural towns in Haiti with the assistance of all donation dollars.
